MY TRAVEL PREPERATION
Assignment carried out while owning MarijeHofland.nl (via Itera)
For the ANWB (the Dutch AAA) an application has been developed, which allows visitors of anwb.nl to create a small travel guide containing their own custom practical travel information, which they can use to prepare for their vacation. After selecting their personal content on the website, visitors can download their personal guide as a PDF-document or as an ePUB file to use on their iPad or eReader.
For this project I am the Senior Online Project Manager / Technical Project Leader. Examples of responsibilities:

IMPACT ANALYSIS

On ANWB.nl there are 2 types of information, which are similar, but not 100% identical. The two types of information have their own function within the customer activity cycle. In order to better integrate these 2 types of information and optimise the update proce,s I have written an impact analysis to determine the impact of:
- having both sources contain the same, accurate information.
- using one update proces for both types of information taking into account SEO aspects.
- preparing the content for online use.
- giving visitors the oppertunaty to easily select information within the country information to place this in their Travel Preperation selection box.
- creating a flexibel and automatic importer for the country information to be able to update the content without the need for a developer.

APPS "LEISURE"

The ANWB want to create 2 apps (Android and iPhone) in order to be the main app for their pillar "Leisure". The apps will be created by an external party, which have been selected via a pitch.
I have coordinated this pitch, written the briefing documents for the external parties and stated the criteria based on which the decision would be made. Once the project started I was the Senior Online Project Manager / Technical Project Leader for this project. Examples of responsibilities:

After the succes of the ANWB Travel Information the ANWB decided to expend this application offering practical information on more countries and regions, tourist information and cross sell with the ANWB Webshop.

REPORT KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

The ANWB wants to increase its Time to Market when carrying out projects. They asked me to investigate how knowledge management could help to achieve this goal.
I have written a report on this issue, which included a proposal on how to use Microsoft SharePoint as a knowledge management tool. This advice is currently being implemented. |

ONLINE DECLAREREN

The ANWB European Road Assistance wants to offer their members an oppertunity to scan and enter receipts online in order to receive reimbursement for costs they have made.

SEARCH AND BOOK CAMPING
Assignment carried out while owning MarijeHofland.nl (via Itera)
For the ANWB (the Dutch touring club) a website was developed. On this website people can find more information about campsites, check availability and book online. SEO was a key factor for this project.
At this moment version 1 of this website has been launched. Further development will be carried out in additional phases within the scope of this project.
When the project had already started I replaced the project manager, since there was a need for a project manager with online experience.
For this project I was the Senior Online Project Manager / Technical Project Leader and in charge of:
